About Us

Alpha Lifts Fitness, A.L.F for short, was a concept created by fellow gym rats who like you love the gym. A.L.F originally started as a joke, but now is a full fledged operation which aims to provide gym enthusiasts with essential weightlifting accessories that allow for safer lifts creating an overall better lifting experience. Further more, we wanted to create a store where everyone, whether they are a beginner or a gym rat, is able to get all that they could need for weightlifting in one convenient place.   

As previously stated, we aim to provide everything you could need to lift weights. Ranging from chalk and shaker cups, to resistance bands and belts. We try to provide for everyone and add value to whatever workout they are doing.

Being gym rats ourselves, there was never a place we could buy all that we needed to further our progress. More specifically, there was no store where you could get things like resistance bands, a shaker cup, and lifting straps all in the same place. So thats where we step in.
